During these two days package, you will get to know the beauty of guatemalan jungle (rain forest).
Day 1: Meet and greet with guide and driver. You will be transported from your hotel or Mundo Maya airport towards Sayaxché village. There you shall aboard a local boat, sailing through La Pasión river for about 1 1/2 hour. Once at Cráter Azul cenote; enjoy of a good swim through its crystalin water. The return will be taking the boat and land transportation.
Notice: This day be prepared with swim suit, towel and sun screen.
Day 2: 8:00 am Departure from your accomodation with your guide and driver, and you will be driving for one hour to National Park Tikal, declared by UNESCO "Natural and Cultural World Heritage" in 1969.
During your visit you´ll listen and get to know about the metropolis great history, as well as its art, social and economic dynamics. You can also watch many different types of birds and beeing told about native medicinal plants.
When tour is over, you will enjoy of a local restaurant in a jungle atmosphere. Once you´re done with lunch, it will be a free time for shoping or exploring at the two local museums lythics and ceramics, both located around the Visitor´s Center or you can decide if experiencing a zip line located at the National park exit. Transfer back to your hotel, airport or another destination.
Notice: It will be better dressing with fresh cloth due to the high temperatures and humidity of the area.
